To use the strap tightener, first pull the ratchet tightener's card to the loose wire position, pull the wire completely out, then hang the hook on the fixed point, and then pull the card to the middle position. Tighten the position, handle ratchet tightener along the wire (or cord) forward, the wire (or cord) to be tightened is stuck in the slot of the ratchet tightener wire and insert the card with one hand. Pull the wire into the slot of the safety tensioner and tighten the wire by squeezing the wrench of the ratchet with one hand. It may be slow after the wire (or cord) is securely clamped. Tighten the cord or rope slowly.
