The wire tensioner consists of a combination of a bolster strap, a fastener and metal end parts. The fastener is a hand-driven tensioning device with a wrist force of 500N.

Main uses of wire tensioner

Spiral tensioner is mainly used for bolting of items on trucks, trailers, boats or rails and bundling and bolting of steel, wood and various pipe items.

 Tensioner tightener scope of application

The tightener is suitable for vehicle trailers and rescue purposes. The tightener cannot be used for lifting goods. The ambient temperature for the use of bolting belt is -40℃～+100℃, when using polypropylene bolting belt the ambient temperature is generally 

-40℃～+80℃, it is strictly forbidden to use in high temperature environment. The structure of the strapping device is various, according to the actual needs without the end parts long-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation, the strength of the strapping will decline, so the strapping 

should not be used for too long in places with strong UV radiation. Avoid using the straps in molten metals, acids, glass plates, fragile objects, nuclear reactors and special environments.
